Central Bank of the Bahamas releases new $100 note

The Central Bank of the Bahamas has launched the latest banknote in its CRISP Evolution series, the BSD$100. It is the first banknote in the world to combine Durasafe substrate with Crane Currency's SURFACE micro-optics applied foil.

It’s been an honour and a pleasure to be in Nassau today at the launch of the latest Banknote in the Central Bank of the Bahamas’ CRISP Evolution Family, the $100.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Bank for its leadership and vision in selecting our Durasafe substrate for this note. We are also extremely grateful to the other partners in this endeavour who have come together to create this beautiful banknote: Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited, Crane Currency, Orell Füssli Ltd. Security Printing, and SICPA.
