Regional Sales Director AFRICA
Due to the retirement of the current incumbent, we are seeking to recruit immediately or at a date to be agreed, an inspiring, poised and trustworthy Regional Sales Director AFRICA.
You will be the direct line to our customers in Africa. With 50-70% travel, you will maintain and build on existing relationships and establish new contacts:
- Managing existing and acquiring new long-term international customers
- Presenting our product range to customers and at conferences
- Analysing customer requirements and advising on product and problem solutions
- International market surveillance
- Negotiating contracts to their successful conclusion
- Close co-operation with Marketing / Product Management, aiding product portfolio rationalisation and development of new products
Requirements for the position:
- Several years of experience working with clients in the Security Paper Industry (print or manufacture)
- A sound, technically based education with further qualification in business management
- Fluency at negotiation level in English and German; French an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, pronounced customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and a professional manner
- Willingness to travel extensively
- No criminal record and no entries in the debt enforcement register
